Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are an international customer please find information further down the page. FREE DELIVERY No Insurance - Free. Simply spend $250 or more to qualify!
Delivered in 5-7 business days, anywhere in Australia. There is no insurance on this method. If you would like insurance on your parcel please choose one of the other methods of postage.

FREE DELIVERY with Insurance - $3.95. Simply spend $250 or more to qualify!
Delivered in 5 - 7 business days anywhere in Australia. Insurance covers you if the goods get lost or don't arrive. 

Express Delivery - Only $9.95 flat rate
Delivered in 1 - 3 business days anywhere in Australia. There is no insurance on this method. If you would like insurance on your parcel please choose one of the other methods of postage. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a one day delay. 

Express Delivery with Insurance - Only $14.95 flat rate
Delivered in 1 - 3 business days anywhere in Australia. Insurance covers you if the goods get lost or don't arrive.  If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a one day delay.

Standard Delivery - Only $6.95 flat rate

Delivered in 5-7 business days anywhere in Australia. There is no insurance on this method. If you would like insurance on your parcel please choose one of the other methods of postage.  

Standard Delivery with Insurance - Only $12.95 flat rate
Delivered in 5 - 7 business days anywhere in Australia. Insurance covers you if the goods get lost or don’t arrive.

Offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery.

Tracking: Yes (acceptance/delivery scans)

Please note that Express Post International does not include insurance, however this can be arrange manually if required.

Free Shipping
From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, when you choose free shipping your item will be sent via standard delivery with no insurance. Free shipping is not valid for international orders.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
Myshoponline offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell, we only sell genuine products with a full warranty. Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. Myshoponline  will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind and want a refund a 20% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.  Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be within 7 days of purchase.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY 
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endevour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endevour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
